Your worker resources

Two important documents. One clear source of information.

These documents explain the key processes, expectations and support available during your temporary assignment with Prime Recruitment Services.

Please read both documents carefully and refer back to them whenever you have a question about your assignment, annual leave, timesheets, attendance, payroll or your responsibilities.

Where assignment-specific instructions differ, follow the written information issued by Prime and the authorised requirements of the client.

Important information

Help us keep your assignment and pay running smoothly.

Temporary workers are expected to follow the correct processes, communicate promptly and ensure that all information submitted is accurate.

01

Timesheet approval

Submit your hours correctly and ensure your authorised manager approves your timesheet by the stated payroll deadline. Late or unapproved timesheets may delay payment.

02

Attendance and absence

Contact Prime as early as possible if you cannot attend work and follow any client absence-reporting process given at the start of your assignment.

03

Annual leave approval

Leave is not approved simply because it has been requested. Do not take leave until approval has been confirmed through the correct process.

04

Keep your details accurate

Tell Prime promptly if your contact information, bank details, availability or circumstances change.
